Gulfstream Park is currently closed to the public to allow for scheduled renovations and improvements.
Construction and refurbishment activities are currently underway to enhance the safety, functionality, and overall experience of the park for all Townewest HOA residents.
The Association anticipates the park will reopen in September 2026, contingent upon project progress and weather conditions.
We recognize that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience, and the Townewest HOA Board of Directors sincerely appreciates your patience and understanding during this period.
These improvements are an important investment in our community’s long-term value and enjoyment.
